Welcome to The Shoe Vault. Because we deal exclusively in high-value luxury footwear and premium collectibles, our shipping procedures are strictly designed to guarantee the security, authenticity, and pristine condition of your investment.

Please note that The Shoe Vault currently ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

1. Order Verification & Processing Time

  • Security Fraud Checks: Due to the premium value of our items, all orders undergo a mandatory 24 to 48-hour verification process to protect against unauthorized transactions.

  • Dispatch: Once cleared, items are securely packed and handed over to our premium courier partners within 1–3 business days.

  • Note: Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

We provide secure, fully insured transit to all Canadian provinces and territories.

3. Signature & Delivery Security (Crucial)

  • Direct Signature Required: Given that items in our vault exceed values of $500 to $5,000+, all packages require a direct physical signature upon delivery by an adult (19+). * No Safe Drop / No PO Boxes: Couriers are strictly instructed never to leave packages unattended on porches, doorsteps, or with building concierges without a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes for liability and security reasons.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You will be able to monitor your shipment’s secure transit in real-time.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Every shipment dispatched from The Shoe Vault is 100% fully insured up to its retail value.

  • In the rare event that a package is lost in transit or arrives with a damaged tamper-evident seal, please contact our elite concierge support team immediately.

  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
